Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your clay commons/ terre aperte session we can schedule you in for another day.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your clay commons/ terre aperte session, you will not receive a refund.

If you have purchased a voucher for a session, it is only refundable up up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, the voucher can only be used to schedule a session or exchanged for another service of equal value at the studio.

Se cancelli la tua sessione Clay Commons / Terre Aperte con meno di 48 ore di anticipo, non sarà possibile ricevere un rimborso.

Se hai acquistato un voucher per una sessione, il rimborso è possibile solo entro 14 giorni dall’acquisto. Dopo 14 giorni, il voucher potrà essere utilizzato per prenotare una sessione oppure convertito in un altro servizio dello stesso valore presso lo studio.
